It’s once again time for the only thing ESPN has ever been good for: the Body Issue, in which various athletes disrobe and pose for pics in the buff. This year’s crop may bring the hottest of them all, in the form of Julian Edelman, from the New England Patriots. The mere notion of a naked Julian Edelman sends shivers down the spine. The Hunk of the Day feature has been absent for a few days now, but it’s coming back in a major way tonight. Following on the heels of a smutty Saturday, here’s a nifty and naked little bookend for your weekend enjoyment. I’ve been working in the garden while the rain held off, but that looks to end for another endless stretch. The heat is on, inside and online. This one kicks off with the  banging bod of Simon Dunn, who made such a splash in his birthday suit a few posts ago. And did it all again for good measure.
Darren Criss and his Speedo are starring in the new Andrew Cunanan story, but something tells me I’ll just wait for the excerpts to come out, a la ‘Magic Mike’. Charlie Carver, of ‘Teen Wolf’ fame, brings the average age of the Hunk of the Day down a few years.
One naked photo of Charlie King is never enough, so I give you these two. King appeared naked here before, and in motion to boot(y).

Out and proud Olympic athlete Gus Kenworthy has graced these pages before, in his first Hunk of the Day post as well as this gratuitous entry where he bares his well-toned butt. Here he is in some fun and funky underwear, and the shots are practically wholesome (especially when compared to some of the smut we peddle here). There’s something to be said for restraint. And shirtless athletes in their polka-dotted underwear. How refreshing to see that they aren’t mutually exclusive.
A mish-mash of hunky men, this is a brief spotlight on some formerly-featured studs whose GIFs have demanded a revisit. It’s amazing the kind of new life the right GIF can breathe into a photo shoot we thought we knew so well. First up is perennial favorite DILF Ryan Phillippe. A recent photo-shoot for a men’s fitness magazine is a welcome reminder of his past glory and current physique.
Second is that well-built math teacher Pietro Boselli, who all but invites the camera up and down every inch of his body.
Next is Harry Potter alum Matthew Lewis – the guy who played, of all people, Neville Longbottom. He’s all grown up now, as amply evidenced here.
Mario Lopez is carving his own niche in Hollywood, thanks in part to his finely-carved physique, and the way he parades around in his underwear.
Finally, Chris Pratt is no stranger to sexy GIFs. Here is a view of his naked butt in motion. You’re welcome.
I didn’t realize that golfing was a shirtless sport.
That certainly shifts things for me.
Previously, the only thing that ever enticed me about golf was the opportunity to wear weird checkered garb.

Also helming several best-of collections is David Gandy, one of the world’s most prominent male models of the moment. He’s managed to hold on to that throne much like Tyson Beckford – physically-blessed boys who maintain their looks and careers despite the ruthless cunning of time.

Giving the ‘Z’ in this ass to ‘Z’ collection is perennial feature guy Zac Efron, seen here in tight wetsuit madness.
Aside from the regular Hunk of the Day feature, things have gotten entirely too safe-for-work around here. We need to add some ‘Not’ very soon, hence this sexy post. The new ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ has put me in a Christ Pratt frame of mind, but since he hasn’t done any onscreen nudity since this tease, you’ll have to make do with a GIF that shows off his body even through the tight shirt. Let’s make a GIF show of this post, and touch on some former Hunks who deserve a second look.

As a bit of a peace-offering for those who wanted so badly to see a full-frontal Zac Efron, here’s a shirtless post with a killer GIF. It may not be Zac Efron’s full-frontal nudity shot, but it’s better than no Zac Efron at all. I believe Mr. Efron took these while visiting Dubai. Clearly he takes his cue from the ‘Sex & the City‘ sequel, or maybe he’s just emulating the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. I’m equally keen on each.
