Full-disclosure: I first happened upon the brilliance of Tim Ferriss while researching the easiest ways to get my ass in shape. When swinging around a kettle bell proved meddlesome and monotonous for my charmed goals of exerting myself as little as possible, it was his knowledge and inspirational way around a phrase or explanation that kept me following him.
