Evans earns this crowning for far more than his ability to look good on the beach (or naked) – his vocal talent (he has a new album out here) matches his acting prowess, making him a threat on multiple levels of entertainment. His charisma shines through every role, even as he disappears into his characters. He makes a dazzling beginning for 2023.
